The Beirut Museum of Art Collection Collaborative (BeMACC)

The Beirut Museum of Art Collection Collaborative (BeMACC) is a research platform focused on recovering, documenting, and exhibiting the lived experiences, trajectories, and works of artists in Lebanon and the Levant. The goal is to bring together art historians and museum professionals who are conducting research on artists and works of art in the Beirut Museum of Art's collection while developing innovative methods that render such a cultural heritage publicly accessible. By hosting an open dialogue between diverse communities, BeMACC seeks to generate new models for collaboration in the world of collection maintenance.
